At my office we have started a birthday cake tradition. Anytime someone has a birthday they get to pick the cake flavor of their choice. This cake was for my co-worker, Tami. She loves our Fondant recipe and our Sugar Flower Daisies. We made a Cream Cheese Pound Cake with Buttercream filling. Tami had a massive sugar rush by the time it was all over.
