My sweet little baby girl has turned one and we had a Baby Einstein themed party. She loves the caterpillar on the Baby Einstein DVDs so I decided we were going to make it into her birthday cake. We made each cake a different flavor; one was our chocolate Ccake, two were our delightful red velvet, then last was our signature vanilla cake recipe. This cake was devoured by my little princess while our guest enjoyed red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese icing and chocolate cupcakes with peanut butter mousse filling and topped with Reese's Cups. Needless to say all of these delights disappeared faster than Wii's on Black Friday.
