Carol, my mother-in-law, was throwing a surprise baby shower for one of her friends. They did not know the gender of the baby so she requested a gender-neutral cake. My mom and I created this delectable treat for everyone to enjoy. The flavor of this cake was our moist yellow cake with Buttercream icing. The pastel colored daisies were completely eatable.
