This cake was made for a very dear friend and colleague. She was leaving to have her first child so we had a little celebration to wish her well in motherhood. This cake consisted of two layers of chocolate cake and one layer of vanilla, filled with rich creamy chocolate ganache. Iced with fluffy chocolate buttercream and garnished with milk and while chocolate curls.
