This cake has become a really yummy addition to our toolkit, typically I ice this cake in cream cheese icing, but I decided to try something new with this one. The icing is a mixture of cool whip, pudding mix, milk, lemon flavoring and a little powdered sugar, it turned it great and it was very light and fluffy.
